Tartan is fast, skilled, and reliable, bringing a bunch of special abilities to the ring. With Dazed, Knockdown, and the often overlooked Impact, Tartan can dish out the pain but actually works very well in a defensive role too. Low Blow allows him to Brawl a wrestler who tries to grapple him for free! He's an angry little fella, so don't get on his bad side!
Tartan belongs to Gomorrah, meaning he's a great choice for both The Twisted Shadows and The Deadly Divas. Although with reliable stats, and that many special abilities, he's also great for teams like The Furry Fury who really benefit from an irate Halfling!
